We developed the Support Hub for those who need more support than their Access to Work award can fund, leaving too many disabled and neurodivergent academics, professionals, and entrepreneurs without the specialist support they need.
We're launching with a range of services based on what we've learned from providing almost 100,000 hours of in-work support to our disabled and neurodivergent clients. TWIP Support Hub team are with you online for office hours, for hosting & facilitating small group support sessions, with a growing library of helpful resources, and most importantly, community with your peers. We can't pretend TWIP Support Hub is a complete equivalent to the level of support a specialist Job Aide can provide, but we recognise many are being left with no support at all.
We've built the support session on a small group model, not just because it helps us reduce the per client cost to deliver, but also because community matters, and building the skills and relationships to empower mutual support makes us all better able to survive and thrive whatever the form the next wave of political disablism takes.
